Ras G - Beats of Mind

Ras G has been a fixture on the underground Hip-Hop scene in Los Angeles since the early 90s. A carrier of the Backwoods, he is a founder of the ubiquitous Poo-Bahs Label, a bright light on the map of LA experimental music. Beats of Mind comes with laid back beats and jazzy loops, showing Ras G's skill on the MPC. An abstract excursion into the mind of Ras like Oliver Nelson blazed in a juke joint on the other side of Jupiter.
